City North Baptist Church

Soccer

City Northers are passionate about their soccer, with
teams in local leagues for young children through to
open teams for ladies and men of any age. In our
soccer club, playing fair and being a team is just as
important as winning. Our club motto is ‘Honour God
through sport’.

The soccer seasons runs from April to September.
Games are played around the wider Brisbane area
on Saturdays, and teams meet once during the week
for training.

All soccer coaches and helpers hold ‘blue cards’ from
the Queensland Government, having passed ‘suitability for working with children’ checks.

Teams from City North play in either the Christian Soccer Association or Queensland Baptist Soccer Association.
