Opportunities to serve

At City North, people are invited and encouraged to serve other members of the church family in practical ways, according to their natural talents. Contact us if you are interested in joining a roster for any of the following activities:

· cleaning the church and its rooms

· mowing/whipper snipping the church grounds

· caring for the church’s gardens

· looking after young children up to three years old in the Nursery during morning church services

· teaching at Kids Church or Junior Kids Church

· preparing, serving and cleaning up morning tea for Sunday morning services

· managing the sound desk during services

· managing audio-visual projection during services

· singing or playing a musical instrument during worship times in services

· greeting people at the church entrance as they arrive

· preparing meals that are distributed by the church to people experiencing difficulties

Rosters for some ministries are available online for reference.

People are also invited to serve their church family by getting involved in its prayer activities.
